In the final round, Lin­gran Kong & Valerie Shen from James Madi­son Memo­r­ial defeated Rachel Wilkin­son & Alexis Wilkin­son from Nico­let to win the Wis­con­sin state cham­pi­onship in Pub­lic Forum Debate.
