Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially reduce its military and/or police presence in one or more of the following: South Korea, Japan, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Iraq, Turkey.
Why should Public Forum Debaters care? Because it is a certainty that one of the Fall 2010 topics, most likely October, will be related to this topic as part of the NFL’s support of the International Public Policy Forum.
