And at least if there is a judge who is not a teacher (we had one at Ohio Valley) They will definitely at least know what the topic is about. As for the politicized nature, this resolution has comparatively less than other ones, and anyway, it happens in every debate, not just this resolution. Pf was made for a current events debate like this one and I am sure it will lead to some very interesting rounds. Politics always seem like they will play a bigger role than they end up playing. I guess at locals you could get moms and dads voting on their politics but I doubt much of that will happen at big tournaments.
