Would you like to fund a documentary film about speech & debate?
Brandon Goodwin, a local film maker and the talent behind Goodwin Films, is interested in shooting a speech & debate documentary and is trying to raise money for the project. Springfield Business Journal notes:
While attending college, Goodwin hopes to raise enough money to film a full-length documentary tentatively titled “Speech Kids: The Road to Nationals.”
He is passionate about the project, which would follow the progress of Parkview High School’s speech and debate team and require him to give up doing other work, weddings and all, for a year.
It will be an interesting project if he can get the funding. His approach is different from the other speech & debate films I have seen.

Curious to know which team that is on the left?
There are photos of the finalists of the PFDebate.com National Public Forum Challenge II on the right, but I don’t know what you mean by the team on the left.

If so it is Ransom Everglades, Harison Grussmark and Austin
