U.S. and Cuba Agree to Start Talks

U.S.-Cuba relations appear to be thawing.

Cuba accepted a U.S. offer to start talks on migration and postal services, responding to the Obama administration’s overtures to improve relations.

Cuba also proposed exploring cooperation on fighting drug trafficking and terrorism as well as hurricane and disaster preparedness, according to a State Department official, who described a meeting yesterday between diplomats in Washington and an exchange of notes, on condition of anonymity.

so does this mean all that is left in the way of normalization is the embargo… that would make the topic alot easier

Its just talks…nothing has changed b/c of them. Other than the changes Obama has already made its the same as it was before
