Only if people let it turn into an LD debate. Don’t use standards/weird-ass definitions and it won’t suck. Just argue it straight up–ought a society afford people a positive right to health care? It doesn’t matter what sort of society, it’s more just–positive right to health care: thumbs up or thumbs down? Chances are it will be bad because people are going to make it into LD, but I would just suggest don’t do so, and judges will appreciate it
