The Wyoming High School Forensics Association State Tournament was held March 12-14 in Sheridan, Wyoming. In the final round, Luke Cole and Josh Herr from Cheyenne Central defeated Michael Richards & Matt Richards from Cheyenne East to win the Wyoming state championship in Public Forum Debate.
