The May 2008 issue of The Rostrum showed that the February 2009 topic would be released on December 15. After contacting the NFL, I was assured that this was a misprint and the topic would be released on January 1. The November 2008 issue of The Rostrum once again showed a December 15 release date and I ignored it. I was informed yesterday that the February 2009 topic will be released on December 15.
There are good reasons for releasing the February topic early. I just wish they would use the same reasoning and release the September topic on August 1.

So the topic for Harvard will be released in December rather than January?
Let’s hope it’s foreign policy or something exciting!!!
Ask your coaches to email the Barkley Forum about using the Feb. topic for Emory since 1)it’s being released early anyways, 2) we all hate the jan. topic, and 3) emory is only like 2 days away from Feb anyways.
Is this just because Harvard is *that* respected? If not, why?
