Mahesha Subbaraman has announced that the Loquitur podcast is going hiatus while he devotes his energy to a new project: The American Debater which has been soft-launched via Facebook.

The American Debater (TAD) is described as “…cross between TIME and The Atlantic Monthly for the high school speech/debate community.”

It will be interesting to watch this project unfold. They are currently seeking contributors and editors.
