Justin D’Souza & Caleb Copley from Dowling Catholic (CON) defeated Billy Strong & Lillian Chesser from Des Moines Roosevelt (PRO) on a 2-1 decision to win the Iowa High School Forensics League state tournament.
D’Souza & Copley went 9-0 and are the first Public Forum Debate team to go undefeated at the Iowa High School Forensics League state tournament.
