2008-09 CX Topic Selected: Alternative Energy

The 2008-09 policy debate topic has been selected:

Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase alternative energy incentives in the United States. 

Alternative energy was selected over universal health care.  As a result, I will be surprised if Public Forum does not debate universal health care during the 2007-08 season.

So true… We always won rounds as pro that we felt were close yet it seemed as con we could be sure we had prevailed and still loose on a 3-0.
