There were 197 teams in the first ever PFD tournament at NCFL Grand Nationals. There were five prelim rounds with three-judge panels. To break, teams had to have at least 4 wins with at least 11 ballots (though some 11 ballots did not break). They broke from 197 to 32! Needless to say, it was tough!!

I am sure they will post more details later on http://www.ncfl.org but the top four were…

3rd - Cissy Huang and Nathan Richardson, Shrewsbury HS
3rd - Troy Baker and Zach Alluan, Buchholz HS
Finals: 4-1 Decision
2nd - Will Beshears and Evan Lee, Monsignor Kelly Catholic HS
1st - Dennis Howe and Rob Wyllie, Regis High School

Good tournament overall, although their were a lot of former policy teams that lost because they were debating in the public forum format.
