Tonight’s episode (9:00pm Central) of Flavor of Love Girls: Charm School is titled Master Debaters. Members of the Cal State-Fullerton debate team teach the girls how to debate:

Segment producer Steve Joachim said the CSUF debate team’s reputation to work with inner-city schools became a determining factor to why they chose the university.

“We picked Cal State Fullerton because of Dr. Jon Bruschke and the work that he does with the urban debate league,” Joachim said. “He works with a lot of the kids who come from underprivileged or rougher backgrounds like many of our girls do. And he has managed to turn them into a winning debate team that could beat Harvard. So we figure that there was really no one better for the job but him.”

The CSUF debate team also became coaches to the women of the show. For about six hours, the debate team conducted a crash-course introducing the cast to the essentials of argumentation.
