Qualifying For the Tournament of Champions

by PFDebate LLC on September 19, 2006

Yesterday, Victory Briefs Daily posted information about the Public Forum Debate qualifying procedure for the Tournament of Champions. Previously Public Forum divisions at the TOC have been run as round robins.

The qualifying procedure looks identical to the procedure we wrote about in July, but it includes some additional explanation from the tournament director, J.W. Patterson. If you are interested in qualifying for the TOC, you will definitely want to read the additional explanation.

Can PFDebate keep track of PFD bids like Victory Briefs does?

Sure. We’ll give it a try. My biggest concern is the 50 teams from 5 or more states method. I’m assuming that it is the responsibility of tournament directors to submit the information to Professor Patterson for certification.

Contact JW Patterson and find out how he plans to do it. JK
